Abstract

Humanities research need be looked at in a new light. This is indeed the need of the hour so as to travel with the pace of time. This paper gives an introduction to the various definitions of digital humanities, digital humanities projects, tools, data visualization tools, digital humanities associations, major conferences related to digital humanities, funding agencies for digital humanities initiatives, etc.
